The lot for sale is a pair of 2 antique hand-written manuscript Rx medical prescriptions, written on printed billheads, in sepia ink, each dated in pencil in the lower left corners 1871.
The printing across the top reads: "Dr. J. W. Thompson, Druggist, No. 86 East Side Franklin St. Watkins, NY."
The back sides are blank.
The sheets each measure 5 1/2 X 3 1/2 inches.
The first sheet is in good condition aside from three folds and light age toning.
T...he second sheet is in fair / poor condition due to stains, losses along the upper edges, foxing spots, three folds and age toning.
