Stunningly gorgeous! The Victorian era is personified in this stick and ball firescreen. It has held up remarkably well considering this dates back to Circa 1880 and was most definitely used for it's intended purpose. There are some worn places on both the front and back of the screen in the fabric...the frame and wood condition are excellent. This would make a beautiful wall hanging ( and the feet turn so that it could be hung without changing a thing. I think this Victorian green is ...one of my all time favorite colors.It is both vivid and soothing. This piece measures: 39 1/2" tall x 30" wide x 9 1/4" deep.
