This auction is fora beautiful set of antique Wallace sterling silver ice or salad tongs.The tongs are inoverall very nice antique condition with no flaws except for typical wear. The tongs measureapproximately 6 5/8 inches long and weigh a hefty 83.2 grams! Silver prices are currently up.The tongs are approximately 6.57 inches longor 16.7 centimeters. I believe this isthe Putnam pattern, which is from about 1920. I have not cleaned or polished the tongs, th...isis the way I purchased them. This is a lovely setof tongs collectors. Thank you.
