A rare beauty! Box has no holes or major damage but showing some age in the edges where box opens and on edges/corners. See photos of box. Glorious original artwork on box is fantastic. This may have been a Sears exclusive in early 1970's. Space suit is in good condition and includes both gloves, space boots and helmet. Includes a 45 rpm recording of the original mercury space flight. Both labels from each side of the record have come off but I... have them and they are in great condition although side two has been signed with someone's name, (I did not want to risk sloppily trying to re-apply them and will leave that to the discretion of the buyer). Capsule is complete, one scratch running along the clear hatch opening, (see photo). Clear hatch easily slides open/closed. Capsule strap in belts are intact.
