Golden Lock Scalp Treatment” mfg. by the Wiley Dandruff Remover Co. of Toledo, Ohio. This is a great tin with loads of instructions to get or to keep your scalp healthy-----including steaming your scalp and using a vibrator along with the product. This tin is in ...really great condition with almost no paint loss and great color. Originally there was a cork stopper in the top, but there isn't one for this tin.
