This is the 1:144 scale German Tiger I, Autumn 1943 Tank model from Cando. These are historically accurate and have the finest detail. Cando produced these models in a limited run. It also comes with a detailed base and clear plastic case. See the pictures for details.
Pictures 10 and 11 are of the single Tiger I tank (very likely damaged) with the short barrel. It has acquired the nickname "Shorty". If you are interested in "Shorty" he is $5. Send a message or offer for "...Shorty" and the reduced price will be honored.
