I acquired it from a collector in a large lot that hadalmost all of his items shelf displayed and unopened. The signature has not been authenticated but there were three other items that were signed by Jeff Hardy and a couple signed by Velvet Sky, so I have no reason to suspect that it's not authentic.
The card has storage wear but is still in good overall condition. Slight bends, edge wear and t...he corners are worn. See pictures for a better description of overall condition.
