Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or permissible for refund. However, if the package is returned to sender (a.k.a. the seller) due to address complications by the carrier, then the second postage cost upon second delivery will be the buyer's responsibility; or a refund can be awarded to buyer, minus the original shipping cost -- buyer's choice. To best avoid this scenario, P.O. BOXES are highly discouraged.
If or when permitted, returns must be postmarked within 4 business days of authorization and must be in good condition; hence, the original shipping package must remain unopened.
Returns are shipped at the customer's risk. We cannot take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit; and we cannot issue a refund for an item that has not been received.
Accepted returns are refunded by the method in which you originally paid, less a restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost equal to the original transaction.
DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs and Books are not refundable due to duplication being feasibly possible, as well as wear and tear; unless the shipping package remains unopened!
