This eye-catching and very unusual group of 3 vintage push or pull toys features twin cylinder-like barber pole forms that rotate as the toy is wheeled across the floor – the colors are striking and bold, the optical image of 2 rotating barber poles is quite attractive. The toys are 26” from handle to wheels – the tin wheels are lithographed in the same candy-stripe colors.
