This is an original production stat from Marvel Comics in the 70s, signed by artist and Co-Creator of Kingpin, John Romita Sr.
This is roughly the size of a published comic book and has staple holes, uneven cut, and handling wear, possibly from Romita the art director himself and other members of the Marvel bullpen or the printing company handling the piece through its various rounds of approval.
A cool piece of Marvel history. I have two of these (dif...ferent issue numbers) and don't need to hog them all to myself....one's enough.
