Description: The unusually large/massive "Goliath" open face fancy dial pocket watch is is stem winding/pin set. The Swiss bridge configuration movement is gilt and appears to have 15 jewels. The watch is cased in a base metal open face case marked "Argentan" and Swiss.
From north to south it measures 3.72 inches - east to west 2.60 inches - it covers a good part of your palm!
Please note: This is an estate item and we have NO service history although the watch is running we have not timed it for accuracy - it has been stored for many years.
We recommend all vintage watches undergo a service by a professional for optimum time keeping.
