This auction is for possibly the last unopened pack of a 1930's chewing gum named Big Chief Wahoo. The pack originally sold for one cent and contained four pieces of chewing gum. The pack was designed similar to a pack of of matches with a silly comic on the back. Despite the fact that the name and imagery is stereotypical and a caricature of Native Americans, it represents advertising evolution that may be disappearing because it was just a cheap pack of gum with a form of advertiseme...nt that was made to throw away.
