Items are shipped straight from our warehouse in Katori, Japan. All items are shipped using EMS, which is a fast and trackable shipping method, and will require a signature on delivery. Our shipping costs come from Japan Post and can be verified on their website (we do not make an additional charge for packing materials). We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping, and will ask you to cooperate with us to resolve cases with the Post Office.--- Taxes and Duties ---

These items are being sent from the Mandarake Sahra warehouse in Katori, Japan.

* In the description it says that an item is Used and also Unopened. What does this mean?
As we are primarily a second-hand retailer, we have to list most of our items as Used. If the description says that it is Unopened, then for all intents and purposes it is like new (unless other damage is mentioned).
* When will my item be shipped?
We aim to get items shipped out within 24 hours after receiving payment. Please be aware that depending on what time your order is paid for it may take slightly longer (also please remember that we are in the Japan Standard Time (JST) time zone).
* Can you mark a lower price on the shipping invoice?
We are sorry, but declaring lower values on packages is against shipping regulations.
* Will you send a tracking number?
Yes. We only use registered shipping methods and will give you a tracking number as soon as possible.
* Will I need to sign for my item?
As we only ship with EMS on eBay, you will need to sign to receive your order. If your delivery happens while you are not home, please contact your local post office to re-arrange your delivery.
