Up for sale is the extremely rare Lego Bat-Pod, set 5004590. The Bat Pod was an exclusive give away item for lucky VIP members only! Only 1000 ever made! 750 of those to North America and the other 250 spread throughout the rest of the world. Only god knows how many out of all of those have been opened. This might be one of the best graphics on a Lego box I have ever seen. You have to see it in person to understand. A truly great hard to find item! &...nbsp;One of the coolest sets when built and very intimidating looking! Nearly impossible to find but here you can.
As you can see the box to this set is pretty much flawless. This set is brand new and factory sealed. The Bat Pod is pretty much perfect and definitely collector grade. It may have some very minor shelf wear but I'm just saying that just in case there is something I missed. This set also comes with the original Lego VIP card as you can see from the pics. Apart from other sets I have the original VIP congratulations letters the Bat Pod came with in an email directly from Lego. So far I have never seen another listing with these rare letters with it. They will be included as an added bonus. :)
Here is a great set for any Lego enthusiast or collector. As you probably know these are extremely hard to find and getting rarer by the day. Mr. Gold is rare at only 5000 made and there are only 1000 of the Bat Pod's just to give you an idea. Now is your chance to own a great piece of Lego history and some of the rarest sets Lego makes. *Warning* I am fully aware there are fraudulent sellers on here that have been taking my pictures and using them to list fake sets that don't exist. Just be careful and make sure you see my name (milehi-lego) with my feedback before bidding on a set you want. I know many of my followers are used to seeing my table where I take my pics so don't be taken in by these fake listings. If you see these listings with my pics and you buy it I guarantee you will be filing a claim and have unneeded heartache. I have been reporting these to eBay but they honestly don't seem to move too quickly on getting them removed. I just don't want to see anyone get taken in and get scammed. It's like the saying goes. My collection mostly consists of UCS, modulars, trains, sculptures, rare minifigures and other very rare retired sets.
Integrity: Although all of my used sets should be 100% complete I will list them at 99.9% as Legos just get lost and I am human. With that being said if you find some missing pieces or whatever I will make it right with you. Please message me with any problems you might find and I will work it out with you. Shipping: I try to charge exactly what it costs me to ship these sets. Shipping these retired sets is time consuming and expensive, especially with insurance. I don't mess around when it comes to shipping these. I have much experience with getting these shipped out and to you the exact way they left. I spare no expense in shipping materials (which I don't charge for) and you can rest assured these will be shipped very well. Most times I will not combine shipping unless it makes sense to do so. These sets are mostly very large and when I put 2 together it can damage the other set. I will combine though if I feel like I can do it in a safe manner. I insure all of these sets and require signature confirmation. No exceptions unless you give me written consent. I want these sets to get to you as much as you want them as these are very expensive and collectible. If it's a PO Box I will need written consent before I ship it as most of my sets will not fit so please be aware of that. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, fees etc. I will ship within 3 days of purchase but will usually get it out ASAP.
International Shipping: I will offer international shipping but please understand you will have to pay what it costs to ship it to you. The shipping cost you see is just an estimate. The cost to ship of course depends on where you live. If you win a set I will send you a separate invoice for the shipping cost. I will not use the GSP program as it is very costly for the buyer. I understand that and will go the extra mile to save you $ to get it to you. I will only charge you what it costs me and nothing more.
