Item Description: Up for sale is a Nice Vintage 1919ELGIN Gold Filled 17 Jewel Stem... Wind Stem Set 18 Size Pocket Watch – For Repairor Parts, good balance, broken mainspring. This Elgin pocket watch is in very goodcondition for its age but it is not working. When winding the crown, it has no resistant at all, so I believe it hasa broken mainspring. It is a nice 18 size model made in 1919according to its serial number. Itcomes with white color porcelain dial with black numbers. Thedial and hands are in very good condition as well as the crystal. The gold filled case has some normal wear ongold on the outside. The 17jewels movement is clean and the balance spins freely. The diameter is 54MM in diameter. It is 18size model. It will be sold as it isfor repair or parts, no return. It would be a nice Elgin good quality watch for your repair projects. Itry my best to describe the item.
