This beautiful vase is in overall extremely nice condition with no damage as is the lid but I cannot be absolutely certain if the lid is correct to the jar, in appearance it appears to be so and does fit over the rim of the vase, but it doesnt go all the way down and perches about half way and with the many pictures showing it's condition, where it can be judged on it's own merit, so please do check these out carefully if it is of interest. A very nice antique famille verte Chinese porcelain ginger jar with cover
The vase shows a beautiful enamelled hand decorated scene of two dragons with flaming pearl along with other decorative decoration, in colours of mainly green, yellow and red on a white glaze ground
No markings to base.
This beautiful vase is in overall extremely nice condition with no damage as is the lid but I cannot be absolutely certain if the lid is correct to the jar, in appearance it appears to be so and does fit over the rim of the vase, but it doesnt go all the way down and perches about half way and with the many pictures showing it's condition, where it can be judged on it's own merit, so please do check these out carefully if it is of interest.
