I purchased this from an antique shop several years ago and it’s been In my antique cabinet ever since ...Thinks it’s about time it got the appreciation it so rightly deserves This is formed from a very heavy, thick box chain in silver metal; a striking and unusual design. I don't think the lobster clasp is orig...inal? I am leaving it as it is but will try to find a more suitable one from my collection and include it with this item when sold so the buyer can easily change it if they wish. The modern one is very secure but may not look quite right.The chain measures 7" in length and weighs 34g
I’Very pleased to inform you There is no damage or nasty green acid marks stains , which I’m sad to say is becoming more and more the case with old jewellery these days were people have tested it for its gold content value , but Regrettably it can leave behind nasty permanent stain marks on the jewellery when the acid reacts with certain metals . That said I don’t then know for sure the composition of the metal as it has not been tested ..so please do take a good look at my pictures as these account for , 80 % of my items description ...
CONDITIONSelling in a vintage used but Very good conditionHowever as in all vintage or antique jewellery this may have some minor age related wear / rubbing / plate loss etc commensurate with its age and use.
