Rockford Watch Co. 18 size 17 jewel open face lever-set pocket watch movement/dial/hands. Private label signed "Walter D. Tusten & Co, Houston Tex, Special" on both its movement and dial. Dial is a very unusual double-sunk enamel fancy style with fancy two-tone purple hour numerals, blue glass accents between hour numerals, and a light purple color to its outer chapter. Movement serial number is 404176.Not running. Fully wound. &nb...sp;Balance staff seems likely bad and hairspring is mostly missing. Movement plates have a dulled tone with little damaskeen detail remaining visible. Dial has an edge flake and fractures between 2 and 3 O'clock, small edge chip near 4 O'clock, and a few hairlines.
