RARITY:- For years this LP has always under under rated and under appreciated! And whereas 1970s re-issues of Johnny Cash LPs are VERY common indeed, people are only now starting to realise just how very VERY rare 1960s 1st Pressings really are! And this one is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition - and so very VERY hard to find like this now!

PRESSING:- 1ST PRESSING - '33' LABEL TEXT, 1/1 MATRIXES..., AND A FLIPBACK LAMINATED MONO COVER!

RECORD GRADING:- The record is very VERY strictly graded at Excellent+ if not better (Graded directly under a 150 watt bulb!) and is VERY bright & shiny looking indeed! And most I am certain would grade even higher still! It is in SUPERB condition - with NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light! The record plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL! An absolutely SUPERB record and very VERY strictly graded indeed!INNER:- ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve in nice order.
COVER GRADING:- TheORIGINAL 1st Press 'Dawson' Flipback Laminated MONO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, NO rips, NO tears, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), NO sticker tears, NO sticker marks, VERY shiny laminate, NO splits, a touch of 'residue' under light in the bottom right corner, NO stickers, only some very VERY minor evidence of 'tipping in' to the corners, NO annotations, and NO writing! The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL (with some possible fractional evidence of trimming here)! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition - with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, VERY nice flipbacks, NO rubbing, and NO writing! The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better! A very VERY nice cover indeed!
