Vintage 1950s MARX Streamline Speedway Race Set in Original Box. 2 Tinplate Litho Car Set (Early Edition with Metal Wheels) with Key Tested in Excellent Working Condition! 1 car has slight surface rust on underside otherwise no rust! Figure 8 Overhead Crossover Track Layout includes 12 Curve Sections, 2 Straight Sections & 2 Bridge Crossover Sections made of Gray-Green Swirl Bakelite. Main Issue is that pieces of the track has broken off at the tabs. Someone attempted at onetime in... the Distant Past to disassemble by pulling straight apart. The proper way to assemble & disassemble is the sections need to be tilted in place together. That way they go together smoothly & lock together securely! All that said the broken edges do not have any effect on the performance of this race set it still locks together securely & the wheels do not run over the broken places ( no pot holes!)! Box has paper tape wrapped completely around it in Good Condition with Cool Vintage Graphics! No Instructions. Anyway. Please see photos for complete details!
