Locked secure between extra support and padding, we then send them inthe highest quality DEFENDER LP album packaging, clearly marking them with 'FRA...GILE'and 'DO NOT BEND'. THE IMAGE YOU CAN SEE IS THE ACTUAL RECORD YOU WILL RECEIVE! We don’tdownload or use stock images and we don’t just photograph the centre label. Wephotograph everything in HDR, using warm and cool light in different directionsso you get the best idea of the record quality. For any track listings, catalogue numbers, extra photographs or if youhave any other questions feel free to drop us a message. 78RPM records are all supplied with a brand new cover. However, we have a selection of original sleeves available, morepersonable to specific areas of the UK. OUR GRADING... We use the same grading system with 78RPM that we use with all our others.The only difference is the condition applies to the disk only. Oh, and there’ll probably never be a “mint” inthis category! MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marksor deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as thelyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but thereis very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might haveslight wear and / or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displaysno major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks andthe occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality hasnoticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. Thecover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc. FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared forproperly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The coverand contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced. POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surfacenoise etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only ofuse as a collection filler. TERMS OF SALE - We offer a 30 day quibble free returns policy in linewith new regulations. All we ask is that on a rare occasion should you beunhappy, we simply ask that you get in touch within 7 days and let us know thatyou would like to return the item. You then have a further 23 days to get theitem back to us. As a buyer you are responsible for the cost of the returnpostage, please obtain proof of postage for any returned item. When returningan item, please return it in its original condition, packaging/polythene coverin tact with all tags/accessories and obviously undamaged, unworn and withoutodours etc. We will then process the refund. Goods Damaged On Arrival - If you discover that your goods are visiblydamaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that thepackaging is damaged or refuse to accept the delivery where possible. Alternatively, we advise you to photograph any damaged packaging before youopen it. PLEASE NOTE: In general, we don’t sell 78RPM records that have cracks or large chips. However, If it’s a special one and we makethe decision to list this online it will be clearly stated and will be givenextra support to ensure it reaches you in the condition it left us. We don’t always fully test play records from start to finish. First weVISUALLY examine records, then spot test paying particular attention to areasat the start where cracks or chips occur or where a scuff looks like couldinterfere with the sound quality in which case this will be stated.
