This comes from one large purchase from a collector.
I am not an expert, but this look like it's in excellent condition to me; heck, it may Possibly be Near Mint! That said, this is Not graded, and I am not a grader; I am no expert, and I do not know what to look for.
Most of the things in the collection were kept in plas...tic, most were carded; this lot is part of a larger lot that came in together from a comic book collector. This one is not Perfect, has some imperfections; I tried to picture any flaws I could find. some small creases, bending, top corner is bent (all pages, see pictures), scuff/rubbed, etc.
