Vintage 1964 GI Joe Hasbro 12" Fuzzy Head Beard Talking Action Figure.
Still talks, but you can barely make out what it says.
It does have cracks in the left wrist and right knee joints which seem to be common.
Comes with outfit and boots as I found it.
