Large (almost 14 Inches) Aluminum 1950 ' S Era Race Car Toy, Possibly Tether Car

i can't find any info on this toy as there is no makers name anywhere but it has a hole in the front that may have been put there for a tether from the factory.not sure how you would hook an engine up tho.its large measuring 13 5/8 inches and is heavy cast aluminum.its in near mint condition with some scratches and wear but no cracks or repairs to body.all 4 tires are a hard plastic and have some wear but the left rear is chewed up a bit where axle goes thru and is looser than the othe...r 3.by style it looks to be 1950's.please see all pix for condition.if you have any info please let me know.thank you.
