The original 1987 series included 36 coins which featured the DC superheroes along with some of the big comic strip characters like:Archie, Betty Boop, Beetle Bailey, Dick Tracy, Popeye, Gasoline Alley and more. The Medallion / coins were originally available as Bronze, .999 Silver, and 24K plated bronze editio...nsand fit nicely into the leather look volume with names printed beneath each plastic protected cut-out.Plastics slide out to allow you to load coins.
