Theseitems are in used condition so expect some signs of wear. In cases ofnewer dolls they may have sticky hair due to the glue in the hair orhairstyling products the manufacturers used. I try to take as manyphotos of the items as I can and list any of the damages I see.However, on occasion I may miss something, if that happens please letme know so I can fix it.Everythinghas been washed with just water and mild soap and kept in a smokefree. I do own pets and although they don’t direc...tly come intocontact with any of my items, pet hair sometimes finds its way inplaces it isn’t supposed to be. When I wash them I wash everythingin the same basin and some of the hair from the dolls may find theirway on the doll clothes. I try to take them away before shipping, butI may miss some on occasion.
