Th...is darling little Epoch cottage has been turned into a delightful toyshop- and it's stuffed full to the brim! Baltimore miniatures artist J Kyle-Keith transformed a vintage 80s Sylvanian Families one-room cottage into a tiny shop with everything your dollhouse children need! The shop comes with everything yousee- little purple shelves, a purple display table for the wee dollhouse (with tiny dolls!), a little ladder to reach the shelves, dolls, games (Pictionary is playable!), a super Radio Flyer metal red wagon, teddy bears, Kinder Elsa from Frozen, several other Kinder Egg toys with directions, tiny baby dolls, cars, a vintage metal train, tiny animals, dice, so much more- over 60 pieces in there, and then we lost count! Outside there are two plants in pot, a great wooden mailbox with birds, a Toby's Toyshop sign (removable), and a teddy bear sign pointing the way- plus a welcome mat! Shop even has a tiny customer doll- but no proprietor yet! There'sbunches more stuff that we've missed, but this small toyshop is so full it'shard to see everything in one glance- though it looks like there'senough room to add your own touches, too! KindlyTake a Moment and Read This Before Bidding:Remember, you agree to these terms the moment you bid- even if you didn't readthem!Marionettejillyis not a big ol' corporation. We are actually pretty nice folks, withan interest in antiques, fighting upstream against inflation and theeconomy just like everyone else. We sell mostly vintage and antiqueitems, with wear and the ravages of time as to be expected.Donot expect our vintage items to be in new or like new condition- manyof our items are fragile, played with, and many are over 100 yearsold. Many of our items have been in storage for years, soif you are allergic to dust, or sensitive to certain scents orsmells, we do not recommend purchasing vintage items.Inthe rare event that there is a problem with an item, just sit back, take a deep breath, and tell us about it calmly. We have not set outto scam you: we try hard to be accurate with descriptions- but we'rehuman, and might have missed something that’s important to you. Useyour own good common sense, ask questions before an auction ends, andexpect an item to have a unique patina and history all its own- withimperfections inherent in antique pieces!Ouroffice hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5 pm, Eastern StandardTime. We cannot answer emails unless they come through the Ebaymessage system- this protects both parties. Please do not expect aresponse during evening or weekend hours- with any luck we are outdoing something fun, far far away from the computer! We regret Marionettejilly no longer accepts returnsWedo not entertain requests for partial refunds for any reasonwhatsoever; please do not ask. Wenever end auctions early: this is unfair to other watchers andbidders.Ourshipping represents not only postage but also time, gas, packingmaterials, and the Final Value Fee that Ebay charges to shipping. Wedo not barter about shipping once an item has ended. Weship most items anywhere in the world, and yes, we will combineshipping on multiple wins.Paymentis due within 3 days of end of auction.ABOUT“ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED” complaints and vintage items:whenyou purchase a vintage or antique item, it is never going to be innew or perfect condition, and cannot be expected to be so. We haveseen an unfortunate, but increasingly common, tactic crop up: thincomplaints, always accompanied by a request for a partial refund, saying that an item is 'not as described'. When buying somethingpreowned, it's easy for a less than honest buyer to pick a flaw outof the air and attempt to secure a partial refund over imagined orexaggerated 'imperfections'. Ifsomeone is looking for a way to get money back, sure, one can alwaysfind something, anything at all, despite any seller's carefullywritten description. So if there is anyone out there who iseven considering employing this tactic, please pass us by.And, as a final note to the patient people who have bothered to readeverything so far: Sorry if we sound crabby. Sometimes people can beso petty and unreasonable it can break your heart. We've had a run ofreally awful experiences this season- let's hope it ends soon, beforewe lose the rest of our hair, our jolly perspective on life ingeneral, and our much-needed sense of humor!!!
