Carousel. Manufacturer and country of origin unknown. 5 1/2" high tin crank operated toy is in good condition. The toy needs a repair. The tabs that connect the platform to the base are missing. Tin Toy Works or Randys Toy Shop could easily do the repair. The gear to make the toy work is there but loose so that needs to be tightened. The toy has some surface wear and soiling. A good cleaning should bring it up a grade. Unusual toy I haven't seen before.
