This 1880 $10 Legal Tender features the portrait of Daniel Webster left of the face. Webster, a native of New Hampshire gained prominence as an orator and statesmen holding the officer of Senator and secretary of state. At right is the vignette of Pocahontas being introduced to an assembly of Europeans.
