1899 $1 Silver Certificate "BLACK EAGLE" with serial number *18908791B displaying signatures of Speelman and White. Fr 236*, plate number G2712/3385. Star note graded 8 Very Good by PCGS. This is the last signature combination for the Black Eagle design. This Ace remains intact despite the obvious circulation endured. In 1899 The $1 Silver Certificate was again redesigned. The obverse... featured a vignette of the United States. Capitol building behind a Bald Eagle perched on an American Flag. You may consider $63.00 which includes up to 30 notes with over 30 items the cost will increase 0.50 cents extra per note)
Or we can also still ship Registered insured mail at $28 with 0.35 cent extra per note.
Express international mail takes 10-14 days and registered insured mail takes 30-60 days.
Both methods are exact cost at the United States Post Offices and are fully insured.
