Vintage Vogue Ginnette Baby Doll Dress ~ Made of a red velvet like fabric with a stiff white backing. Dress has white cap sleeves with white lace trim and black velvet bow at the center neckline. Dress snaps up the back. Dress is in very nice condition. No stains or holes. There are some white impression type marks on the flocked surface of the fabric on the front of the dress (see last 2 photos). Also, very minor age yellowing on white lace ...trim.
