This item is sold "as is." Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax and ebay is now collecting sales tax from certain locations. Returns are accepted but must be made within 30 days. Buyer must pay within 4 days of auction end. Paypal is the only accepted payment method. If you pay with Paypal E-Check I will ship once the payment has cleared. I ship next day when possible.
