Original Description:
This is either French or English bronze table, desk  or nightstand clock of a man holding up the clock.  Clock is running great.  It could be a Victorian era Blackamoor.  Movement is stamped Liverpool, I cannot make out the maker.  All I can see is DAN, rest is hidden.  Stands 11.5 inches tall and 5 inches wide.  There is a crack in the glass dial at the 2 o"clock numeral.  No reserve.
