We are listing today a great Antique 19th century Stoneware Salt Glazed Flower Decorated 1 1/2 Gallon Pennsylvania Crock. This crock is in Excellent Condition with 1 old smooth chip to the top outer rim, no other chips, cracks, and or repairs. Some slight manufactured roughness with dark dots to the salt glaze, this happened during the firing. You can refer to the pictures we guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the excellent condition. The croc...k measures 7 3/4" tall x 9 1/4" at the top rim x 9 3/4" wide at the handles x 9 1/4" at the base and weighs approximately 7lbs. Great cylindrical form slightly tapered in at the top with hand tooled top rim and applied handles, great flower decoration in cobalt blue along with 1 1/2, the flowers have the look of a Cowden Wilcox or Miller Piece.
