PLEASE NOTE: This auction is for Kaya's Tepee set only and does not include any 18-inch dolls. I also have Kaya's Be...droll & Shield set available in a separate auction, but I cannot combine shipping for these items due to the size and shape of the box the tepee came in.

"Kaya’s people traveled with the seasons, so tepees were homes designed to be packed up and moved easily. This set includes:" - A tepee with poles and a faux-leather covering
- A pretend fire pit that lights up and makes “crackling” sounds
- Two tule mats to decorate the entrance
- Fire pit requires 3 AA batteries
Adult assembly required; instructions included. W: 37" x H: 32" x D: 37" (US)This American Girl item is recommended for ages 8+.
Condition- This set is in excellent preowned condition, complete with its pamphlet/instructions. The firepit is in good working order; I left the batteries in it, but I am not sure how much battery life is left in them. This set will ship to you in the original cardboard shipper and packing materials in which it originally came. It has been stored in our clean, smoke-free and pet-free home since it was originally purchased directly from American Girl.
Payment- I accept PayPal payments only. Immediate payment is required for buy-it-now auctions; I apologize if this is an inconvenience for you, but I feel that I have been forced to now require immediate payment due to the number of non-paying bidders lately who have wasted my time, resources, and energy.
Returns- I do not accept returns unless I have misrepresented the item in some way. Any exclusions to this policy will include a 5% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and expected to return the item in the exact manner it was received with the original shipping box and shipping materials inside.
Shipping- Please make sure that your address is correct and up-to-date in your eBay and Pay Pal accounts prior to bidding, since I am unable to ship to an unverified address. High bidder to pay actual shipping for this item calculated by your zip code and package weight & dimensions. I will ship this item via your selected service with the post office unless FedEx has a comparable price for shipping that is faster; in that case, I will automatically ship FedEx so you will receive the item sooner or reimburse you the difference if Fed Ex comes in at a lower price. I will ship this item out to you within two business days of receiving your payment, but I typically ship within 24 hours. My current auctions have been carefully & meticulously packed and are ready to ship to you. I wrapped them in a way that they will not show up to you with any damage from rolling around in the box during shipping. Since they have been carefully packed to keep them in good shape and are ready to ship to you, I cannot offer combined shipping for these auctions.
