Vintage, pre-owned. I found this (and another one) in an estate. They were still attached to the inside cardboard from the original packaging but the rest of the box was gone. I threw out that carboard due to it's condition. Overall this one looks great. Her hair is a bit flat at the back because of being pressed up against the box for so many years. She was a bit dusty but I wiped her down - she could use a bit more detailing. Nail polish on left hand is worn on at least 3 fingers. Ce...rtificate of Authenticity is included but heavily worn - looks like it was bug chewed around the edges. She only has ONE SHOE and the back strap of the heel is cracked open. She is 18" (a little more including hair and bow in hair). I see no damage to the clothing she is wearing. I have seen some people call her porcelain - she is not - she is hard plastic.
