This is an adorable true vintage lace dress that has been altered to fit  Patti Play Pal & similar  35"-36" Dolls.   I made some alterations & embellishments. The fabric is a soft cream lace, poly/cotton blend.  It ties at the back with a big bow, has puffy sleeves. Comes with matching hair bow.
