Took this out of my collection. Thinning down some areas...Approximately 5 1/2 " .. 1000% right. Salty for sure and been there. Awesome theatre made painted leather patch for the Black Scorpions, 64th Fighter Squadron, Great combat history. Africa, Italy, .. more.
Lots of character. ... This is the last remaining patch of a sizable grouping obtained from the son of a veteran of the 64th Fighter Sqdn. Name and info provided to winning bidder.... The pictures are photocopies only(sorry).The group contained multiple patches for the 64th which I have sold over the years as well other sleeve patches, etc. This patch shows obvious wear and is the patch that was worn by this pilot on his A-2 throughout the war. Great combat history for the 64th, and a documented patch as well directly from family. If you want a real one that was there , here it is. Will provide other minor related materials to winning bidder which further documents this cool patch.
