Realistic Beautiful Baby Girl "Josephine". Condition is New.  Josephine is 23 inches and weighs 11 lbs.  Josephine comes with outfit shown in the pictures, magnetic pacifier, and the headband.  Hand painted with Genesis pants by Darcy of Darcy's Baby Creations.  The limbs are vinyl and the body is cloth.  This could also be a baby boy with a change of clothes.
