I am so happy to offer this beautiful reproduction Bru Jne doll for your consideration. Having purchased several antique Bru dolls personally, I know the sacrifice it is to afford the original beauties. My desire is to recreate that beauty at a price that is much more affordable for those who collect for beauty and artistry. This lovely BEBE has gorgeous creamy bisque. Her ears are not pierced through, but she wears dangly earrings that are glued in place. Her glass paperweight grey ey...es have large pupils and depth giving her that sultry expression that we collectors love. Her amazing human hair wig was handmade in Australia. Her composition jointed body is tightly strung and easy to pose with Bru forearms that are tinted and blushed. These big bodies are no longer in production and hard to come by! Her antique baby dress was made in the Cival War era and is in amazing condition for its age. Under her slip is an antique wool embroidered baby slip with ruffle flounce also in amazing condition! Her bloomers and stockings were aged to look old. Her leather shoes are handmade with pretty ribbon rosettes on the French style pointed toes. Her sweet bonnet is wire framed and bendable to shape as you desire. I love the delicate white flower and lace trims! A metal stand is included.
