ND (1946) 5 Dong from Viet Nam. Pk 4 and serial number EG045 702. Graded 45 Choice Extremely Fine by PMG. Less than a handful is certified, and none of which are gems according to PMG Population Report! Pleasing piece with strong inks on nicely embossed and crisp paper. Black serial number on the front side of the note. Worker at left, factory in background. Like p3 ...but larger note. HCM at left on the reverse side. Without watermark.
