Rare seven digit, double serial number 1, 122, 991 in black. PMG Certified and graded... as Very Fine 25. Signed Antonio Dos Santos Viegas as President of the Administrative Council, and Francisco Jose Vieira Machado as Administrator. RR # 12.29.6. Pick # 35. Exactly the same item as in the picture/ scan.
