This is a1950's/1960's vintage convex (curved) mirror, made of wrought iron. It's a warm slate blue colour.
It has fourteen ivy leaves, seven large and seven small which are connected with scrolls. The mirror is surrounded by a plain border.
The mirror is in very good condition for its age, though it has a spray of greyish speckles on one half, due to moisture having got into the underside of the mirror and eroding its silvering (pictured).
It ...has a wooden back painted grey. It has seven metal tabs to keep this secure, all are in good condition. The original hook and ring is in place, fixed to the wooden back.
