# 2 For sale is an Old PARAGON England HUGE RED CABBAGE ROSE GOLD & BLACK WIDE MOUTH TEA CUP & SAUCER.This is another Fabulous and Absolutely Stunning Paragon Cup and Saucer from an estate collection.The Cup has a Huge Red Rose floating against a Gold Background.The Saucer also has a Big Red Rose on Gold in the center and Black.Gold trim.It's a fantastic set ! The Cup measures 2 inches (5....25 cm) in Height (to the top of the handle). The Top Rim measures about 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm) in diameter.The Saucer measures 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) in diameter.The cup is marked with the Royal Coat of Arms and "By Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen China Potters" and "Paragon Fine Bone China England Regd" (see photos).The saucer is marked with the Double Royal Warrant and "By Appointment China Manufacturers Paragon Fine Bone China England Regd" (see photos). We aren't sure why they have different Paragon marks. The perfect addition to any cup and saucer collection!
The Rose on the inside of the Cup has a few very minor scratches (see photos).There are some scratches on the outside Black part of the tea cup (see last 2 photos and others).The Gold Center of the Saucer has some scratches and wear (see photos) and the Black part of the Saucer has some minor pin-sized scratches / marks (see photos). Please note I am trying to give an Absolute Accurate Condition Report.There is some very minor overall age-related wear from gentle use and handling, as expected on any piece of antique china (see photos).The Cup and Saucer are in Otherwise Great Condition- there are no chips, cracks, repairs or any other condition issues or damage.Both the Cup and Saucer "ping" very nicely.
