Most items will be shipped using MyHermes signed for courier service and are automatically insured for our customer’s peace of mind. As this is a signed for service, please ensure a member of the household is available to sign for the delivery. Please check the condition of your delivery thoroughly before signing. We always obtain proof of posting for all items sent.Items of a significantly high value will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
