To Canada and the US we ship via Canada Post XpressPost or Expedited depending on the value of the item. Overseas we ship by Canada Post XpressPost or Canada Post Small Parcel Air. Most items are shipped by Canada Post but if the package is too large or too valuable then we will ship by UPS to cover the added insurance, size or weight. If your item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit DO NOT throw out any of the packaging material or paperwork you've received and contact us IMMEDIATELY.
