We charge a flat rate of 30.00 USD for FedEx Standard Overnight. For security, all orders are shipped with an adult signature required. We do ship to APOs or FPOs. For P.O. Warranty WatchBox offers a limited warranty on every product sold, unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned timepieces are warranted for a minimum of fifteen (15) months from the date of purchase. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document designated by WatchBox as proof-of-purchase. Conditions apply to the WatchBox fifteen-month (15) limited service warranty. The repair warranty does not cover parts that WatchBox did not service, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, all abuse, or any handling that exceeds the limits of a timepiece’s intended use. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Third-party performance of service, opening of a product, or addition of parts other than strap or bracelet components will void the WatchBox fifteen-month (15) limited warranty on pre-owned watches. WatchBox will, at its sole discretion, determine the applicability of its warranty to each timepiece for which a warranty claim is lodged. The WatchBox fifteen-month (15) limited warranty is non-transferrable. Returns Items purchased from WatchBox under $20, 000.00 USD may be returned or exchanged within 30-days of purchase. Items $20, 000.00 USD or more may be returned or exchanged within 14-days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price or store credit for an exchange. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If within the 30-day return window, the WatchBox plastic tag is removed or watch shows signs of wear, the buyer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once the watch is worn or sized we cannot accept a return of the watch. Items designated as no returns are final sale and non-returnable.
