Encyclopedia of the Colors of United States Postage Stamps by R. H. White, Volumes I - II - III - IV - 1983 - in the two original binders in the two original slipcases. The plates and text for Volume I have been removed from the original shrink wrap, but all plates and information are intact. The text and plates for Volumes II, III, and IV are unopened and still in the original shrink wrap. The first page of Volume I is marked with a black handstamp "FOR LIBRARY USE ONLY, NOT FOR RESAL...E".
