With 19th February 1916 British Post Office / Hankow postmarks - this date is the Webb EKD for this postmark and a partial pink US? mark at right edge. Left-hand stamps both with fairly serious internal damage and base with short perforations - those perfs suggest this could be a booklet pane. Ni...ce with a complete postmark strike.Year : 1916Reign : King George VCondition : Good Used to Poor UsedCatalogue No : 101aPayment : Payment preferred via UK cheque or PayPal.
