Woody Allen used a black Sharpie to sign the front album jacket of this 1972 original soundtrack recording (Paramount PAS 1004/SWAO 94456) to the film, Play It Again, Sam. Mr. Allen's signature has outstanding contrast, and the jacket is in excellent condition. I haven't listened to the record but it appears to be in excellent condition.
